X78G10, Log: GN-774 dated January 10, 1986: response to IFI-424-85-51-08 stated that the individual concerned had been notified of his examination failure. The response should have stated the individual concerned has not conducted any training instruction since the examination date and will not be permitted to conduct any training instruction until such a time as his certification is reestablished.
