Dear Bruce Attached you will find a copy of two letters that I have received from Burns Security's Labor Relations Manager, Mr.
G.
Thomas, in which he requests a "sanitized" copy of all reports on the Braidwood Inattentive Guard issue.
As I understand Mr. Thomas did discuss this request with you at the Enforcement Conference and it was his belief that the NRC would comply with this request.
In pursuing this request I contacted Mr.
T.
Mededa (USNRC-Safeguard Inspector) who suggested that I formally request this information from you in writing.

I have enclosed copies of the Union's request for infomation.
In a previous discussion with Bmee Derson of the NRC relative to the production of this enterial, he advised that upon request fzur Ccanonwealth Edison the NRC would "sanitico" these reports of any safeguards infomation.
Any assistance you can give in producing this report (s) udll be greatly appreciated.
