In your letter of April 27, 1988, you asked for clarification as to whether the 27 policies governing the Office of Investi-gations (01) remain in place under the reorganization that took effect on February 1, 1988.
The policies to which you refer were not affected by our action placing 01 under the Office of the Executive Director for Operations and will remain in effect until changed by the Commission.
