DOCKET N05. 50-445 AND 50-446 EQUIPMENT CONDUIT INTERFACE SDAR:
CP-85-39 (SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT)
Gentlemen:
On January 11, 1988, we notified you via our report logged TXX-88035 of a reportable deficiency involving conduit which was not installed in accordance with design documents. Our subsequent supplemental report logged TXX-88270, dated March 1,1988, provided estimated completion dates for the corrective l
actions remaining to be implemented.
The purpose of this supplemental report
'i is to revise the scheduled completion date for Unit I corrective actions previously reported in TXX-88270.
1 Completion of the Unit I repair / rework of the affected cabit:ets and correction of the equipment qualification documents has been rescheduled.
The new estimated completion date is November 9, 1988.
