SEISHIC ISSUES ON SHOREHA,'i Seismic issues appear to be an important consideration in the staff's review of the request by LILCO for authorization to operate Shoreham at power levels up to 25% up rated power. We request assistance from your Branch in our l
review of these matters to assure that the impact of external events (seismic events) on overall risk are properly treated for the 25% power assessment.
We estinate the resource requirements _to be on the order of a few man-days, to be scheduled as soon as possible. A copy of the TACS Worksheet is enclosed.
