Enclosed for filing with the Commission is the executed original of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses Dm-44 and DPR-56. This Application requests changes to the Peach Bottom Units 2 and 3 Technical Specifications to reflect the addition of restrictions on the use of overtime for plant personnel who perform safety related functions.
