Unit 1) )

LILCO'S MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE SUPPLEMENTAL TESTIMONY LILCO hereby moves for leave to file LILCO's Supplemental Testimony on the Remanded Issue of "Role Conflict" of School Bus Drivers. This supplemental testimony provides the Board and all parties with the latest update of LERO's procedures that bear on the school bus driver issue. Specifical)y, this testimony replaces Attachment M (draf t pages 11-19 through II-21 of the plan) and Attachment N (draf t OPIP 3.6.3, At-tachment 14) to our earlier testimony on "role conflict" with Attachment O (Revision 10, pages 11-19 through II-21 of the plan) and Attachment P (Revision 10, OPIP 3.6.3, Attachment 14), respectively.N The testimony also explains what changes have been made to the earlier draf ts and discusses other minor changes in Revision 10 that affect LILCO's school bus driver program.

LILCO believes that its supplemental testimony should be admitted into evidence because the changes addressed in the testimony are not significant and because the par-ties are not prejudiced by updating the testimony at this time. The principal justifica-tion for allowing this update, however, is so that the Board will have the most current information before it when it evaluates LILCO's school bus driver procedure.

1/ Revision 10 of the LERO Plan will be distributed to the Board and all parties within the next two weeks.
