This is in response to your l'etter LA-88-04 dated February 1,1988 regarding proposed changes to your currently approved Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (FNMCP) for reasurement methods relative to the receirc of low enriched U38 0 from Belgium.
Our review has determined that the: changes presented in attachments to the above referenced letter are acceptabic and may be initiated imediately.
The changes should be included in your next quarterly submittal, currently scheduled for April 1,1988, of FNMCP changtis to reflect your actual current material control and accounting practices.
We have determined that the enclosures to your LA 88-04 letter, dated February 1, 1988 contain information of the type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). .
Accordingly, pursuant to Section 2.790(d)(1), such information is deemed to be commercial or financial within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be withheld from public disclosure unless subject to the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
