Inspection Report 50-482/87024 Equipment Qualification Inspection Centlemen:
The purpose of this letter is to establish the revised submittal date for the response to violations in Inspection Report 50-482/87024 concerning the Equipment Qualification Inspection cond uc ted at Wolf Creek Generating Station. Based on discussions between Mr. L. J. Callan, Director, Division of Reactor Projects and Mr. O. L. Maynard on May 6,1988, Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation (WCNOC) will respond to the notice of violations on or before May 23, 1988.
The Reference transmitted the Equipment Qualification Inspection Report and required a response to the violations indentified in the Inspection Report.
Due to the resources required to address an NRC identified equipment qualification concern on Bunker Ramo Electrical Penetrations, additional time is required to address the violations.
