and Supplement 2 (G-88302)
Gentlemen:
Public Service Company of Colorado (PSC) has conducted a search of purchase orders dated January 1,1976 and later that were issued by
- PSC, Ebasco, General Atomics, and Stearns-Roger for the Fort St.
Vrain Nuclear Generating Station (FSV) to determine if safety-related fittings or flanges have been procured from Piping Supplies, Inc.
(PSI) or West Jersey Manufacturing Company (WJM).
To date, there has been no evidence found to indicate that PSI or WJM supplied safety-related fittings or flanges to FSV within the time frame examined.
