ATTENDANCE) i The Commission met to conduct its eighth annual All Employees Meeting for the purpose of l
facilitating direct communication and to share the Commission's agenda for future activities with l
Individual members of the NRC staff. The Commission held the All Employees Meeting earlier than usual this year, to solicit staff input during this period of transition. Active discussion was held on topics such as risk-informed regulation, reactor oversight process improvements, and strategies for ensuring overall organizational effectiveness. The Commission noted that specific questions on reorganization and staffing issues would have to be handled as part of the Labor-Management partnership process. The Commission responded to numerous comments and questions raised by staff members.
