INSPECTION OF TRANSPORTATION SHIPPING CASKS (RADIOGRAPHIC CAMERAS)

In response to the NMSS request of May 20, 1988, the Vendor Inspection Branch conducted inspections at tne Source Production and Equipment Company (SPEC) in Kenner, Louisiana on May 24 through 26, 1988 and at the Amersham Corporation in Burlington, Massachusetts on June 27 thrcogh 29, 1988.

I am enclosing copies of Inspection Report Nos. 99901102/88 01 and 9901105/88-01 which document the results of those inspections.

This action completes the latest request by NMSS made in response to the memo.

randum from Murley to Thompson, dated August 21, 1987, which requested that NMSS identify the fabricators that hMSS considers most in need of an inspection.
