AGENDA FOR CRGR MEETING NO. 329 The Committee to Review Generic Requirements (CRGR) will meet on Tuesday, October 13, 1998, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, in Room T-2BS. The agenda is as follows:
9:00 am - 11:00 am Elizabeth Ten Eyck (NMSS) will present for CRGR review and endorsement the backfitting procedurcs for the gaseous diffusion plants -- NMSS Policy and Procedures Letter 1-53 (CRGR ltem No.
196, which was distributed to the members on September 21,1998).
11:00 am - 12:30 pm J. Roe (NRR) will present for CRGR review and endorsement the final rule - " Frequency of Reviews and Audits for Emergency Preparedness Programs, Safeguard Contingency Plans, and Security Programs for Nuclear power Reactors (Part 73)" (CRGR ltem No.
197, which was distributed to the members on September 23,1998).
1:30 pm - 3:00 pm F. Combs (NMSS) will brief the CRGR on NMSS rulemaking procedures (CRGR ltem No.198, which was distributed to the members on September 28,1998).
3:00 pm - 4:30 pm J. Roe (NRR) will brief the CRGR on NRR rulemaking procedures

The Committee requests that the NRR and NMSS cognizant staff for the last two agenda items kOO be available during the entire attemoon session.
If a CRGR member cannot attend the meeting, it is his or her responsibility to ensure that an attemate, who is approved by the CRGR Chairman, attends the meeting. Persons making presentations to the CRGR are responsible for (1) ensuring that the information required for CRGR review is provided to the Committee (CRGR Charter - IV.8), (2) coordinating and presenting views of other offices, (3) as appropriate, ensuring that other offices are represented during the presentation, and (4) ensuring that agenda modifications are coordinated with the hh
