.I NRC-03-87-029 Modification No. 12 Page 2 of 4 II. Under Section G.1 Consideration, paragraph nos.1, 4, and 5 are revised to read as follows:
"1.
The estimated cost to the Government for all allowable costs and award -fee is decreased by $59.00 from $9,845,924.00 to
$9,845,685.00, for performance of this 'ontract. The figure c
$59.00 represents the total "residual fee" not earned by the Contractor for the period February 17, 1987 through May 17, 1987."

Total funds currently available for payment and allotted to this contract are $2,401,000.00 of which $2,245,665.00 represents the estimated reimbursable costs and of which $155,335.00 represent
.the'available award fee pool. As a result of award fee earned for the first evaluation period, total funds currently available for estimated reimbursable costs are increased by $59.00 from
$2,245,665.00 to $2,245,724.00 and total funds currently available for award fee pool is reduced by $59.00 from $155,335.00 to
