Dear Mr. Felton:
This is in response to your letter dated July 18, 1988, in which you appealed Mr. Donnie H. Grimsley's response dated July 14, 1988. Mr. Grimsley's response denied one record subject to your Freedom of Information Act request for cosies of records of meetings held on June 7, 1988, and June 16, 1988, regarding tie materials program audit and certification of radiographers. You specifically appealed tie denial of the record identified on the enclosed appendix.
Acting on your ap>eal, I have carefully reviewed the record in this case and have determined tlat the draf t record can now be released. A copy of the record is enclosed. Also enclosed for your information is a copy of the final record which is dated July 14, 1988.
