In accordance with R.B. Kalmbach's letter dated dated September 29,1998, and received by facsiinile on September. 0,1998, the NRC issues unilateral modification number 5 to decrease the Task Order ceiling and obligated amount by $1,382.74 as follows:
The cost ceiling associated with performance of Task Order No.16 is hereby decreased by
$1,382.74 from $42,036.19 to $ 40,653.45.
The estimated reimbursable costs and the cost of facility capitalin the amount of $40,147.19 are hereby decreased by $1,382.74 to $38,764.45.
The Fixed Fee, in the amount of $1,889.00 remains the same.
