Dear Mr. Kingsley:
This letter confirms the discussion between members of our staffs to have a management meeting regarding issues at Quad Cities on October 8,1998. The meeting will be at 1:00 p.m.
in Room 107 of the Training Building at the Quad Cities site, and will be open to the public.
The meeting is to discuss operations at Quad Cities, and the status of issues raised prior to the startup of Units 1 and 2, including fire protection.
