Dear Mr. McCorkle,
This is a request to extend the 30-day reconciliation period l
required by 10CFR 70.51 e4 for our 7/15/88 inventory which would i
normally terminate on s/13/88 to 8/19/88.
This request comes as a result of my not being supplied with all l
lab data portinest to the 7/15/88 inventory.
I have been assured numbers will be provided promptly to allow my completion of the f
7/15/88 Inventory Reconciliation by 8/19/88.
I have attached to l
this letter data which shows this inventory to be typical of past t
inventories.
This 6 day extension will enable us to complete the analysis of the material.
Enclosed is a check for $150.00 for administrativs fees involved with the processing of this request.
