EMERGENCY RESPONSE ORGA.NIZATION MINIMUM STAFFING, CLINTON POWER STATION, UNIT 1 (TAC NO. MA2310)
Dear Mr. Sipek:
By letter dated July 14,1998, you submitted changes to minimum emergency staffing levels of the Clinton Power Station Emergency Response Organization. You requested NRC prior approval of those changes pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q); however, you also stated that the changes would increase the effectiveness of your Emergency Plan, and the Plan would continue to meet 10 CFR 50.47(b)(2) and 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix E.
The NRC staff has reviewed your request and based on your statements has determined that j
the request does not meet the criteria of needing prior NRC approval in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q). These changes may be subject to NRC inspection in the future.
