REQUEST FOR REGION III LICENSE TERMINATION SURVEY 0F THE WESTINGHOUSE NUCLEAR TRAINING REACTOR FINAL REPORT ON DECOMMISSIONING Enclosed is the Westinghouse report entitled "Westinghouse Nuclear Training Reactor Decorsnissioning Final Report." Also enclosed is the dismantlement and disposition order (53-FR-3646).
We request that Region III conduct the necessary "termination survey" to l
Verify that residual radioactivity and contamination levels comply with Table I of the Req Guide 1.86 and the exposure limit of 5 Micro R/hr above background at I
