The purpose of this modification is to: 1) Add funds.,in the amount of $20,000.00 for Temporary Additional Services (TAS) to the contract, thereby increasing the amount obligated in the contract from $896,005.00 to $916,005.00 and modify the statement of work to incorporate some miscellaneous changes. The contract is hereby modified:

1)_ Section B, Subsection B.4, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-DELIVERY ORDERS, i

paragraphs (a) and (b), first sentences, are deleted in their entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:

"(a)

The total estimated amount for the temporary additional services (TAS) order,-

delivered, and accepted under this contract is $30,000.00.

(b)

The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract for TAS is

$30,000.00."

2) Section B, Subsection B.5, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-FIRM FIXED PRICE, is i

deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu th6reof:

i "The firm fixed price for basic guard services under this contract is $886,005.00. The total amount obligated under this contract, including TAS, is $916,005.00."

3) Section C, Subsection C.5, CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES, paragraph c) is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:

"c) Provide any official bond required, pay any fees or costs involved or related to the authorization for the arming of any employees engaged in providing services specified under this contract."

4) Section C, Subsection C.8.1.f., Overall Body Weight /Hei ht, is deleted in its entirety and 0

substituted with the following in lieu thereof:

"Overall Body weight must be in proportion to height in accordance with the acceptable height / weight ratio and/or maximum level of body fat content as stipulated in the NRC's Weight / Height Chart (See section J, Attachment No.11.)"

5) Section C, Subsection C.11.2.1, second paragraph, is modified to change "PR Baton" to read " nightstick with holder".

6) Section J, Attachment No. 8, UNIFORM SPECIFIC ^TIONS, is modified to delete the requirement for two (2) scarves (for receptionists only).

A summary of obligations for this contract, from the date of award through the date of this action is provided below:

TOTAL FY 98 OBLIGATIONS:

$916,005.00 CUMUL ATIVE TOTAL OF NRC OBLIGATIO,NS:

$916,005.00 This modification obligates funds in the amount of $20,000.00.

All other terms and conditions of this contract remain unchanged.
