TASK ORDER NO. 4 MODIFICATION NO. 2 UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC 97-046 This purpose of this task order modification is to allot incremental funds in the amount of
$53,400 to this task order. This increment fully funds the task order.
The period of performance for Task ( .fer No. 4 remains September 30,1997 through December 31,1998. The total estimated cost for full performance of this task order remains at
$332,941.00. Funds in the amount of $53,400 are hereby obligated for performance of this task order. This action increases the total cumulative obligated amount from $230,591.68 to
$283,991.68. The Contractor shall not incur costs for this task order which exceed this cumulative obligated amount of $283,991,68.
