Termination Request for " Registration Certificate -In Vitro Testing with Byproduct Material Under General License," Registration No. 8327 Request termination of the subject certificate. All radioactive materials have been disposed of and the radioimmunoassay procedures are no longer being performed. The certificate is issued to the Clinical Laboratory Services, US Air Force Hospital Tinker /SGHL, Tinker AFB, OK 73145-5300.
