Dear Mr. Patrick:
In accordance with the Section G.5, Task Order Procedureja, of the subject contract, this letter definitizes modification no.1 to Task Order No.002 by providing Contracting Officer's writtten authorization to proceed with Phase 11. Additionally, this letter confirms verbal authorization provided to your staff in June 1998, from the NRC Technical Monitor, Mr. Banad Jagannath, to commence Phase 11 in accordance with the subject task order.
A summary of obligations under'shis contract, from date of award through this modification, is given below:
