- 1. Reference (a) requested this Center to establish a Quality Assurance Program.
- 2. Because of the merger of the old Dahlgren Ordnance Laboratory and the White Oak Naval Ordnance Laboratory, the Naval Surface Weapons Center is now one activity. We are unable to explain why the NRC Quality Assurance Program approval lists " White Oak site" instead of our Headquarters address at Dahlgren, Virginia.

This approval is issued to satisfy the requirements of Section g 71.101 of 10 CFR Part 71.
