The purposo of this modification is to: (1) incorporate a within scope change to the sta work (copy attached), (2) increase the Cooperative Agreement ceiling amount by $300,0 from 5425,000.00 to $725,000.00 and (3) provide funding in the arnount of $150,000.00, wh increases the Cooperat!ve Agreement total obligated amount from $425,000.00 to $575, Accordingly, the fo owing changes are hereby made to the " Notice of Cooperative Agreem n
