Docket No. 50-293 License No. DPR-35 Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station Security Plan. Issue 2. Revision 14 in accordance with 10CFR50.54(p)(2), Boston Edison Company is submitting Revision 14 to the Pilgrim Station Security Plan. This revision was approved by the Operations Review Committee and includes:

changes due to a revision of the PNPS Defensive Plan, changes due to recent code changes (62FR63640),

clarification of information in several sections, and editorial changes.

Changes proposed herein that are an increase in commitments due to the change to the PNPS Defensive Plan have been implemented. Some changes represent a decrease in the commitments contained in the Security Plan and these changes will not be implemented until NRC approvalis granted. A synopsis of proposed changes is attached. The enclosed Revision 14 contains safeguards information and must be protected against unauthorized disclosure in accordance with 10CFR73.21.
