001 CONTINUATION PAGE The purpose of the subject modification is to increase the contract ceiling which will allow the contractor to continue performance to meet the contract deliven schedule. In accordance with the contractor's cost proposal dated July 16, 1998, the contract ceiling and the total amount obligated is increased by $16,184 from $588,348 to $604,532; 1.)
Section B.3 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--COST PLUS FIXED FEE f
(JUN 1988) paragraphs a and b are revised as follows:
(a) The total estimated cost to the Government for full performance of this contract is $604,532, of which the sum of
$568,741 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which
$35,791 represents the fixed fee.
(c) The total amount obligated by the Government is $604,532.00.
A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this modification is given below:
