Cohtract No. NRC-39-88-244 DATE: September 30,1998 e The subject contract with Technassociates expired on February 29,1988. The contractor has gone bankrupt and out of business. There has been several attempts to find the owner of the -

company. The final closeout documentation was provided by the contractor on March 3,1994.

The total ceiling of this contract is $520,548.82 of which cost is $480,488.82 and fee is

$40,060.00. The contractor has been paid $617,344.05 and the funds remaining in the amoLnt of $3,204.77 is for fee withhc:cing. Because we can not locate the contractor, a unilateral modification was executed on Septensber 28,1998 deobligation the remaining funds in the amount of $3,204.77.

The NRC has another Technassociates contract NRC No. 10-86-251 in which the contractor owes NRC funds in the amount of $10,545.97. A memo is being forwarded to Diane Dandois, OC for debt collections.
