The subject interagency agreement has expired and we are initiating closeout j
action. However. pending completion of all required closecut requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds in the amount of $17.917.17 remaining ur, der this interagency agreement.
- Accordingly, the following change is hereby f
made:
Article IV - Oblication of Funds and Estimated Amount of the Interagency Agreement is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
The total estimated amount of this Agreement is $659.582.82.
The amount presently obligated by the NRC for this Agreement is
$659.582.83.
All other tenm and conditions of this Interagency Agreement remain the same.
Please have an appropriate official sign all three (3) copies and return two (2) copies to the address below within ten (10) days from the date of this letter.
You chould retain One (1) copy for your files.
