RESPONSE TO NRC INSPECTION REPORTS 99901329/98-01 AND 99901334/98-01
Dear Gentlemen:
Thank your July 30,1998, letter in response to the Notice of Violation (NOV), and Notice of Nonconformance (NON) that were discussed in the subject inspection report.
We have reviewed your letter and find that your reply to the NOV, and NON was responsive to our concern. We have no questions at this time and may review the implementation of your corrective action during a future U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be -
