SUBJECT:
RESPONSE TO THE REPRESENTATIVE JOHN D. DINGELL is a copy of a February 12, 1986 letter sent from Representative John D. Dingell, Chairman, Subcomittee on Oversight and Investigations. As can be seen from the letter, Representative Dingell has requested that the Nuclear Regulatory Comission (NRC) provide documents relating to 31 Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) emplo ys concerns by the close of business Tuesday, February 18, 1986.
In response to this request, the staff, with the exception of the Office of Investigator and Auditor (0IA) and the Office of Investigation (01), has re-searched the information which has been provided by TVA. At present, the staff has received only three of the concerns.
These are IN-85-954-001, WI-85-053-001, and XX-85-027-001. contains the K-Forms for these concerns.
The K-Fonns do not contain a substantial amount of information and are only to be used to identify and categorize the concerns. For each concern, TVA will issue an investigation report which will contain all of the detailed, technical infor-mation needed to resolve the concern.
No investigation reports have been submitted on these three concerns.
Many K-Forms are sent directly. to 0IA or 0I. jThese offices are reviewing the February 12, 1986 letter and will respond directly to 0CA.
