The nurpose of this modification is to revise the contract as follows:

"All Task Orders shall he completed within 39 months from the effective date of this contract EXCEPT for Task Order Nos. 31, 33, and 12 which shall he enepl e ted 6/30/88. 7/11/88 and 8/13/88 raspectively."

All other terms and conditinns remain unchanged.
