Redirection of Material Previously Considered Proprietary to the Public Document Room The information provided in Enclosure 1 of this note was originally submitted with Westinghouse letter NSD-NRC-94-4049 dated Janaury 21,1994, and was identified as proprietary (See Accession # 9402020328). Westinghouse letter NSD-NRC-98-5757 dated August 14,1998, (Enclosure 2) states that the information in Enclosure 1 is no longer considered proprietary.

Therefore, I have removed the Westinghouse proprietary markings from Enclosure 1 so that it can be placed into the public files.
