Dear Dr. Khatib-Rahbar:
The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance at no additional cost to the government. The purpose of the modification is to I
allow the contractor to provide peer review support for models. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
The period of performance of the' subject task order is hereby modified as follows:
"The period of performance for Task Order No. 8 is May 3,1996 through May 28. 1999."
A summary of obligations for this task order, from award date through the date of this action is given below:
Total FY96 Obligation Amount: $50,000.00 Total FY97 Obligation Amount: $33.251.04
