Joe Sebrosky SUBJECT; Redirection of Material Previously Considered Proprietary to the Public Document Room The information provided in Enclosure 1 of this note was originally submitted with Westinghouse letter NSD-NRC-97-5491 dated December 18,1997, and was identified as proprietary (See Accession # 9801140081). Westinghouse letter NSD-NRC-98-5756 dated August 14,1998, (Enclosure 2) states that the information in Enclosure 1 is no longer considered proprietary.

Therefore, I have removed the Westinghouse proprietary markings from Enclosure 1 so that it can be placed into the public files.
