CLCSEOUT OF CONTRACT NO. NRC-33-94-183 You are hereby notified that the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's letter to your firm dated September 22,1998, is hereby rescinded to allow for a deobligation of excess funds. As a result, a deob!!gation to the contract in the amodnt of $.02 is being accomplished by virtue of this letter.
No contract modification will be issued.
Total payment in the amount of $419,963.98 has been accomplished. All obligations have been met by the parties and the contract is officially closed.
