Closecut of Contract No. NRC-04-91-081 We have reviewed the subject contract file documentation and have determined that all actions have been completed with the exception of: (1) receipt of the signed closing documents and final invoice from Applied Inventions Corporation as requested by NRC's letters dated 7/14/986and 9/10/98, and (2) final payment for withheld fee.
Total payment in the amount of $116,154.29 will be accomplished.
This payment will include the final payment for withheld fee of
$864.29.
A deobligation to the contract in the amount of $28.81 is being accomplished by this letter.
No contract modification will be issued.
Upon payment of the fee as stated above, the contract is officially closed out.
