RESPONSE TO NOTICE OF VIOLATION AND PROPOSED IMPOSITION OF CIVIL PENALTY Thank you for your responses of April 20 and June 28, 1988, to our Notice of Violation and Proposed Imposition of Civil Penalty issued on June 7,1988.
We have evaluated your response of June 28, 1988, and found that it does not meet the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201 as described on page 6 of the Notice of Violation.
In particular, the reply should include for each violation:
(1) admission or denial of the violation (2) the reasons for the violation if admitted, (3) the corrective' steps that have been taken and the results achieved (4) the corrective steps which will be taken to avoid future viola-tions, and (5) the date when full compliance will be achieved.
Though your reply of June 20, 1988, addrossed some of these five criteria, each violation should include all of these five criteria in your reply.
Consequently, you should address those criteria which were omitted in your June 28, 1988.
