50-328 l~QU0(AH NUCLEAR PLANT (SQN) UNITS 1 AND 2 - NRC IN5rECi!CN REPORT NOS. 50-32 7, -328/87 REVISE 0 CCFHITMENT In TVA's August 17, 1983 subd ttal to NRC concerning the neeo for an additional assistant shift operations supervisor, TVA ccu ltted to revise Emergency Instructior.s ES-0.2, "5! Termination," and E-1, "Loss of Reactor or Secondary Coolant." Upon further evaluation, it has been deterentned that a revision to ES-0.2 is not required to ensure performance of the ccepensatory measure (CM) to start the main control roca heating, ventilating, and air conditioning.
The revision to E-1, coupled with the tilsting precedural steps in ES-0.2, will ensure the CM is performed in a timely tranner and will not affect the perforrance of safety-related equipa nt.
Therefore, TVA will not revise ES-0.2 as cceritted to in the August 17, 1983 s u tmi t t a l.
That ccraltment is hereby deleted.
