Redirection of Material Previously Considered Proprietary to the Public Document Room 1

The information provided in Enclosure 1 of this note was originally submitted with Westinghouse

- letter NTD-NRC-94-4315 dated October 10,1994, and was identified as proprietary (See Accession # 9410250108). Westinghouse letter NSD-NRC-98-5756 dated August 14,1998, (Enclosure 2) states that the information in Enclosure 1 is no longer considered proprietary.

Therefore, I have removed the Westinghouse proprietary markings from Enclosure 1 so that it can be placed into the public files.
