Westinghouse letter NSD-NRC-98-5757 dated August 14,1998,.

(Enclosure 2) states that the information in Enclosure 1 is no longer considered proprietary.

-Therefore, I have removed the Westinghouse proprietary markings from Enclosure 1 so that it can be placed into the public files.
