.c NRC-33-95-184 Modification No.11 Page 2 of 3 The Government hereby exercises Option Year Two to extend the term of the contract for one additional year, through October 31,1999, in accordance with Subsections F.6 - DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD (MAR 1987) ALTERNATE 11 (MAR 1987) and 1.4 - 52.217-9 OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT (MAR 1989). - Work during this period shall be performed as specified unde, subsection C.1 - STATEMENT OF WORI' of this contract and in accordance with Subsection B.5 - SCHEDULE OF COSTS, OPTION YEAR TWO, CLIN 004.
4 As a result of the above action, the ceiling amount of this contract is hereby increased by
$474,014.00 from $1,886,506.00 to $2,360,520.00.
Accordingly, the folic'uing changes are hereby made:
1.
Subsection B.4 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--COST PLUS FIXED FEE (JUN 1988) ALTERNATE I (JUN 1991) is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"B.4 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-COST PLUS FIXED FEE (JUN 1988)
ALTERNATE I (JUN 1991)
(a)
The total esiimated cost to the Government for full performance of this contract is $2,360,520.00, of which the sum of $2,195,833.00 repiesents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $164,687.00 represents the fixed fee.
(b)
-There shall be no adjustment in the amount of the Contractor's fixed fee by reason of differences between any etitimate of cost for performance of the work under this contract and the actual cost for performance of that work.
(c)
The amount currently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $1,846,552.00, (d)
It is estimated that the amount currently allotted will cover the performance of s
services provided under this contract through December 31,1998."

Subsection F.6 - DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD (MAR 1987) ALTERNATE 2 i
(MAR 1987) is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"This contract shall commence on 11/01/94 and will expire on 10/31/99."
