DOCKET 50-155 - LICENSE DPR BIG ROCK POINT PLANT: BIG ROCK POINT I PLANT DEFUELED EMERGENCY PLAN IMPLEMENTATION COMMITMENT WITH REG ARD TO " ASSESSMENT METIIODS".
Based on a discussion with members of the NRC Staff on September 17,1998, Big Rock Point commits to revise the Defueled Emergency Plan currently under review by the staff. Section 10.2, Assessment Methods, will be revised as follows (revision is indicated by bold italics):
" Radiological release assessments are performed using measured radiological and meteorological data. Dose assessment graphs are initially used by the Site Emergency Director or other trained emergency response personnel to determine the potentialimpact to station personnel and the generalpublic".
