and in accordance with Section 50.4 (b) (1) of the Commission's Regulations, find enclosed for filing the original of the ap-plication of PacifiCorp, doing business under the assumed business name of Pacific Power & Light Company (Pacific), and PC/UP&L Merging Corp. for consent to transfer Facility Operating License No. NPF-1 and Indemnity Agreement No. B-78 (Trojan) from Pacific to PC/UP&L Merging Corp.
