l letter ET-NRC-92-3663 dated February 14,1992, and was identified as proprietary (See Accession # 9202240203). Westinghouse letter NSD-NRC-98-5751 dated August 12,1998, (Enclosure 2) states that the information in Enclosure 1 is no longer considered proprietary.

Therefore, I have removed the Westinghouse proprietary markings from Enclosure 1 so that it can be placed into the public files.
