Redirection of Material Previously Considered Proprietary to the Public Document Room The information provided in Enclosure 1 of this note was originally submitted with Westinghouse letter ET-NRC-93-3827 dated February 24,1993, and was identified as proprietary (See Accession # 9303030269). Westinghouse letter NSD-NRC-98-5753 dated August 13,1998, (Enclosure 2) states that the information in Enclosure 1 is no longer considered proprietary.

Therefore, I have removed the Westinghouse proprietary markings from Enclosure 1 so that it can be placed into the public files.
