ACTION ITEMS RESULTING FROM BRAIDWOOD SEMINAR-ASLB OL HEARING ISSUES The following action items were identified during the Braidwood Seminar on ASLB OL hearing issues:
Contention Item 9A Danielson's section to inspect AWS welding at Braidwood and document the results in a report.
Contention Item 98 Muffett will pursue the idea of replacement of subject connection.
CAT Inspection Licensee reeds to docket a commitment to invoke the Byron interference procedure at Braidwood.
Mr. Keppler, Regional Administrator, recommends that the CAT team visit Region III to review corrective actions pertaining to CAT findings.
Intimidatien and Harrassment Need to question Mr. X to see if he signed records under pressure.
HVAC Need to verify NRC acceptance of 50% weld issue (50.55(e)).
82-05 Need to review equipment installations performed only in part by Phillips Getchow.
