Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54 (p), TVA has enclosed a revision to the subject PSP /CP.
TVA has determined that'these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan and prior NRC approval is not. required.
Enclosed you will find the subject item and instructions for updating Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) copies six (6) through eleven (11).
The Enclosure describes the details of this revision:
(1) security key and locks rotation, (2) re-approval of access list, (3) searching of guards on re-entering protected area,
(4) non-designated vehicle control, (5) contingency plan for security force strikes, (6) search requirements, and (7) administrative errors.
