We have reviewed the subject contract file documentation and have detumined that all actions have been completed.
1 The General Assignment, Negative Patent, Property Certification and Contractor Release forms dated August 3,1998 have all been received. Total payment in the amount of $476,250 has been accomplished. All obligations have been met by the parties and the contract is officially closed out.
